Recovery Run -- August 6th

After taking the whole week off from any exercise, Minal and I hit the gym on Sunday afternoon. I wanted to do my recovery run after the half marathon from the previous Sunday.

I did an easy run of 3.5 miles at 12 min/mile pace on the treadmill. It felt good and i felt like i had recovered from the wear and tear of the half marathon.
